The special series section of this website features guest blogs on various Great Lakes topic as well as the ‘Amani Itakuya’ essay series, whose first part has assembled 25 essays from Congolese and international authors approaching the notion of ‘peace’ from a variety of different angles. Amani Itakuya’s success has led to a second part that will subsequently be published on this website in summer 2015. A new essay series entitled ‘Hadisi Maisha‘ will host various life (hi)stories from eastern Congo.
